Generally speaking, we can repair or upgrade any type of computer equipment, laptop, inkjet printer, laser printer ( either color or black & white ) or Dot Matrix printer.

We repair all brands of personal computers including Hewlett Packard, Acer, Compaq, Gateway, Dell, IBM and other less known brands. We do not work on Apple line of Computers.

We offer a complete range of computer and printer services. With the large parts inventory we maintain, we can usually make repairs on any brand computer or printer in two or three days, sometimes less. If repairs should take longer, we keep the client as much up to date as possible based on the information given us by our supplier. If expediting of parts or services is needed, we will work with both the client and supplier to acquire the items as fast as possible.

Among the services we offer are memory upgrades, hard drive upgrades, operating system upgrades, other software and application installation and upgrades, motherboard replacements and CPU upgrades. Memory upgrades are completed in fifteen minutes or less ( while the client waits ) and are installed at no charge if purchased from MCT.

We also offer board level repairs on computer laptops, laptop screens as well as LCD monitors. We specialize in DC power jack repairs. We keep 90% of the replacement DC jacks in stock. Most DC power jack repairs fall under our $225.00 flat rate plan. The Client may discuss other options or other repairs  case by case with one of our technicians. In addition to DC jack repairs, we have a very large stock of laptop and LCD monitor DC power adapters. As DC adapters vary so much, not only from vendor to vendor but from unit to unit, it is usually necessary to bring the laptop or LCD monitor to us for a correct match up on voltage, amperage and jack size.

We offer LCD screen replacements and power inverter repairs on all laptops and LCD Monitors. These repairs are firm price quoted prior to any repair work following the payment of a $55.00 deposit toward the actual repair cost. This deposit is applied toward the actual cost of the replacement. If the client does not have the repairs completed, the deposit is applied to the labor for removing the screen, locating the replacement part and reinstalling the original screen.

We work on all brands of printers and multifunction units ( fax, copy, scan & print ). This work can be completed on a not to exceed cost or with an advance quote. We clean and service inkjet printers and multifunction units. We service, clean and repair dot matrix and laser printers. We offer these and other services both in shop and on-site to meet the needs of clients.

We are the one of the areas largest warranty repair centers for Okidata Printers. We stock all major parts and 100% of all the consumables and customer changeable parts. We also stock toners, drums and all dot matrix supplies.
